Co-founder of karu distillery, self-taught distiller, multi-trophy winner, and the woman responsible for outcask wild rum, a single rum made the wild way at the foot of the blue mountains.

She’s at short grain tomorrow night, mixing mai tais through dinner and pouring outcask neat for anyone keen.
