Rain rain go away … come again another day…. ☔️☔️☔️(we have had enough already!) Well it should surprise no one that with all the wet weather we have had this past week that Wallis Lake has been closed for harvest as part of our World class quality assurance program. We will hopefully look to complete testing next week (after the rain)to reopen the estuary for harvest. In the meantime we have managed to source some nice South Coast oysters from Merimbula to keep our valued customers happy. We have a great supply of all our usual products - Premium, Regular, Bottled, and our Cocktail special of 24 Oysters for the crazy price of just $25 ! Still terrific value. Come in and check them out. You won’t be disappointed. We hope to see you soon!

Trading Hours Update !! 📣📣📣With the onset of May, cooler nights and shorter days its time for us to make the final change to our normal winter trading hours. From today until further notice we will be closing our retail operation at 12pm on Saturdays. Closed Sundays. That still gives you 5 and half days a week to come in and pick up a tray of our award winning Oysters. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Trading Hours Update !!! As we further transition to the colder/darker months we would like to advise all of our valued customers that we will now be closing at 3pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Also, Just a reminder that we will be closed this coming Anzac Day, Saturday 25 April and also the Anzac Day public holiday on Monday 27 April , Lest we Forget.
We still have great supplies of our Award winning Wallis Lake oysters for sale so come on in and grab a tray before the harvest season here in Wallis Lake comes to a close - which will not be too far away. We hope to see you soon!

TRADING HOURS UPDATE - PLEASE NOTE - With the school holidays soon coming to an end and the change of seasons we will be reverting to our Autumn trading hours from this week.
We will be open from 6.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday's, Saturday 6.30am to 3pm and CLOSED on Sunday's until further notice. Our oysters are still in fantastic summer like condition and we still have our Cocktail special of 24 opened Cocktail oysters running for the crazy price of $28 !!!!!! - We also have in stock a great supply of our Premium, Regular and Bottled oysters for you to choose from. So that's still 6 full days a week for you to purchase our Award winning oysters. We hope to serve you soon !!

Closed Good Friday
Open Easter Saturday 6.30am - 3pm
Easter Sunday 10am - 3pm
Easter Monday 10am - 3pm

Sunday and Monday trading may be subject to stock supplies.
