This November, show us your creative side. Take your tea on an adventure, give your smoothie a photoshoot or capture a moment in the shop. Make it fun, make it yours!

To enter:
📸 Snap an original photo of your Swig experience.
📲 Share it to your Instagram Story and tag ****.
💬 DM us a screenshot before your Story disappears so we can record your entry.

Each different photo counts as one entry. Enter as often as you like with a new photo, giving our judges more of your creativity to enjoy!

The most creative photo wins. It’s not about likes, fancy cameras or risky stunts. Keep it safe and get permission from anyone pictured.

🥤 SMALL BUSINESS SHOUTOUT – SWIG! 🥤

Well, IYKYK and if you don’t, you really should! 🤩

Swig Fast Nutrition on Wallis Street in Forster has earned itself a bit of a cult following, and it’s not hard to see why!

Delicious smoothies and teas, great coffee, homemade protein snacks and good old-fashioned friendly service from Mick and Geoff keep the regulars coming back!

But there’s more to SWIG than what’s on the menu!

Mick also runs wellness challenges and a walking group, and on a personal note, his programs have helped me give perimenopause a good kick in the backside and wave goodbye to 12kg so far! 💪🏻😂

What a great local business to wrap up Small Business Month!

But just because October is ending doesn’t mean our support for small business should!

With Christmas around the corner, keep an eye out for my Christmas Small Business Campaign. And the business shoutouts aren’t stopping! There are plenty more local gems to share 🫶

Meet James—our youngest Tea Professor and the creative mind behind November’s Tea of the Month, THE LJ!

James is always experimenting with flavour combinations that make the rest of us raise an eyebrow… but somehow, he hasn’t created a bad one yet.

So it was only fitting that one of his crazy creations earned its place on the Swig menu.

THE LJ combines watermelon, pomegranate, passionfruit and Blue Blast, topped with a shimmering Pink Lemonade.

Bright, refreshing, a little unexpected and completely James.

THE LJ is not available just yet—it officially lands this Sunday, 1 November, and will be available throughout the month.
