The excitement of taking the best produce at the right time of year and turning it into something beautiful to enjoy. Head Chef Almay Jordaan grew up on a farm outside of Cape Town where the seasons dictated the menu and that philosophy has driven her approach to food ever since. Provenance and sustainability are important to us and both are integral in our kitchen. Simon Denman has developed an e

ver-changing and ever-growing wine list incorporating different styles, varieties and vintages from across the world. Our list tends towards wines of a more minimal intervention approach, allowing the provenance and vintage of the wine to shine through. Working with a range of artisanal winemakers (who typically produce wine in smaller quantities) enables the flexibility to have a diverse and dynamic wine list.
