The time has come for us to pass the reins on to another beautiful Italian family and we couldn’t be happier to see the next chapter begin with them.

For 15 years, Giacomo has been behind the doors of this restaurant, first under Salvo & Sabrina, and for the past 7 years we have had the privilege of calling it ours.

And what a 7 years it has been.

This place has been so much more than a restaurant to us. It’s where we have grown not only a business, but our family. We made it through COVID, welcomed two boys, survived a few cyclones, and created “The Deli” something we are very proud of.

The meals Giacomo has served and cooked is countless and I’m sure everyone has their own memory of him.

To our incredible customers, staff, friends and family — thank you for supporting us, believing in us and being part of this journey. We could never have done any of it without you.

To every person who walked through our doors, worked alongside us, shared a meal, recommended us to a friend, celebrated with us, watched our family grow, or simply kept coming back — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The restaurant and The Deli will forever be part of us and we will always be incredibly grateful for everything they have given us.

We leave this chapter proud, grateful and a little emotional. But we can’t wait to watch The BBQ Father feed more and more bellies without us.
