WOW… what a night! ✨🍷

Greg absolutely blew us away with an incredible six-course degustation, expertly brought to life with the help of Esteve & Max in the kitchen.

Our guests were treated to an unforgettable evening of incredible food, beautiful w**es from Lenton Brae, Margaret River, and fantastic insights from w**emaker Russell Cocker.

And to top it all off, the incredibly talented Jono Weinreich provided the perfect soundtrack. 🎶

A huge thank you to the amazing Exhale team for working so tirelessly to make this night happen ⭐

BREATHE. GATHER. FEAST.

Last week, we gathered at Exhale Exmouth for an evening that was every bit as special as we imagined.

Breathe. Gather. Feast – an Exhale Degustation took guests on an unforgettable six-course culinary journey through the Gascoyne, with a specially designed menu by the incredibly talented Head Chef Gregor (Greg) Dylus.

And what a menu it was.

From wild-caught Exmouth Bugs and Tiger Prawns to locally caught Spanish Mackerel, local beef and lamb, finishing with a dessert celebrating Carnarvon strawberries and mango — each course told another part of our region’s story.

Every dish was thoughtfully matched with premium w**es from Lenton Brae, with their w**emaker joining us for the evening to share the stories behind each pairing.

The feedback from the room said it all, with guests absolutely raving about the food, w**e and entire experience.

Beautiful food, exceptional w**e, live acoustic music and a room full of people gathered around the table to celebrate the incredible produce of our region. It was one of those magical Festival evenings we won’t soon forget.

A huge thank you to Jodie, Greg and the entire Exhale team, Lenton Brae, our producers and everyone who joined us and made the evening so special.

This is exactly what the Gascoyne Food Festival is all about — connecting people to our region through food, place and the people behind it.
