Another gorgeous retreat with Women’s Leadership Speaker & Coach 🦋.
We cooked our way around the world featuring fresh healthy meals from Greece, Japan, Thailand, Mexico and more.

The stunning weather The Ridge at Maleny certainly put on a show in the evenings.

So grateful to do what we love 🙏🧡

Today's Mexican Fiesta featured smoky shredded chicken Tinga, vegetarian chilli beans, charred corn salsa, guacamole and all the trimmings to assemble soft and hard tacos for lunch.
All gluten free with vegan options included.

A magical 5 day, live on board sailing course in the Whitsundays.
We spent a night on the outer reef and watched whales slowly breaching as the sun set.

Our instructor was remarkable, so knowledgeable, capable, calm and humble, she also cooked us some delicious meals and told great stories of her sailing adventures.

We hiked to the peak of WS Island for incredible views, snorkelled on the reef, saw loads of amazing sea life and did a whole lot of sailing.

Thanks we loved it!!!

Another gorgeous retreat this weekend with .hamilton . up.retreats

Heres just a tiny sample of some of the meals we made.
Dishes like -
Rustic Italian meatballs with roast fennel & sundried tomatoes.
Pan fried Pearl Perch with balsamic grapes, rocket & lemon dill aoli.
Thai inspired banquet.
Warm spiced banana & ginger pudding with miso butterscotch sauce.
And so much more, a feast of healthy flavours from around the world.
