“It takes a village to raise a child” Watching Theo’s excitement on his first train ride to Hornby for family’ dinner was priceless. He declared it the best day ever in his lifetime, and as his mom, it broke my heart that I’ve missed out on so much due to our restaurant for last 4 years, I’ve decided to permanent close the Thai restaurant at Central Coast to prioritize my only son’s childhood. It’s not easy balancing it all, but family comes first.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported us - we’re grateful for your kindness.

We’re thrilled to announce THE-O Thai Takeaway is coming to life! Affordable Thai’s dinners every Friday and Saturday nights from 6th March 2026. Stay tuned for the menu reveal early next week.

Running our Thai restaurant in East Gosford as a family of three has been a significant challenge. Our busy schedules have meant less time for our child, Theo, impacting his school life. We regret missing his school events and activities. Theo's childhood happiness is our top priority, so we've decided to take a break. We're excited to return to takeaways only next year. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Theo and his family ❤️❤️❤️
