From a traditional Napoletana frittatina paired with Lambrusco di Sorbara, to handmade tortellini in brodo, hemp-fed beef cheek cooked over fire, and a classic Migliaccio Napoletano to finish.

Each course is matched with wines personally selected by Alex from Alessa Vino, showcasing small producers and regional Italian varieties that tell a story in every glass.

Growing up in Puglia, Nico’s grandfather was a fisherman. Food was never a performance it was the sea, the family table, and whatever came up in the nets that morning.

This Thursday, he recreates that table for you.

The Sea of Italy is a 5 course dinner tracing the south coast with school prawns, baby octopus, calamarata ai frutti di mare, snapper all’acqua pazza, Sicilian cannoli. Today Alex walked through the butcher selecting a few of our favourites for easy cooking at home beautiful chicken, thick pork cutlets, pork shoulder ready for slow cooking, fresh pasta, and our house-made bolognese sauce prepared by Nico.

Everything we make is designed for real life.

Our pork shoulder paired with the butcher’s spice blend is made for slow Sundays.
The pork cutlets are perfect straight on the grill or pan with a spoon of our smoked butter melting over the top.
