Weekend & Night Shifts | Parkside Snack Shack | Emu Park

We're looking for someone who loves a busy service, takes pride in their work, and can lead from the front.

This isn't a role for someone who stands around waiting to be told what to do. We're looking for a reliable, confident team member who can think ahead, communicate well, and help keep our kitchen running smoothly during some of our busiest shifts.

What you'll be doing

Running the fry station during busy services

Producing consistent, high-quality food

Working closely with the team to keep orders moving

Delegating tasks and helping junior team members succeed

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and service-ready

Finding productive jobs during quieter periods

Setting the next shift up for success

This role is perfect for someone who:

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Stays calm under pressure

Has strong communication skills with customers and team members

Can think for themselves and solve problems

Is reliable and turns up when rostered

Enjoys leading by example

Takes pride in a clean and organised workplace

Non-negotiables

Reliable attendance

Available for weekends and night shifts

Maintains high cleaning and food quality standards

Hours & Pay

15–25 hours per week

All shifts are after 3:00pm until approximately 8:30pm

Weekend and evening availability is essential

Award wages apply

Following a successful 3-month probation period, pay can be reviewed for the right person
