Even more impressive, Gigi's head pizzaiolo, Daniel Semrani, snagged the esteemed title of Pizza Maker of the Year – beating out top chefs from all across the globe.

We’re incredibly honoured to once again be recognised among the 100 best pizzerias in the world, ranking #79 in the 2026 50 Top Pizza World ranking! ❤️

From Best Pizzeria in Australia 2021–2024 to Best Pizzeria in Asia Pacific 2022, our journey has been incredible.

This year, we sent traveler_bnrlg , one of our pizzaioli, to Napoli to proudly collect the award on behalf of the whole 48h team. 🇮🇹🍕

After all these years, we’re still here, still making pizza, and still proudly representing Italian pizza in Melbourne.
