⚫ Tiramisu Ice Cream:
Decadent chocolate and coffee flavours layered in our rich and creamy base

⭕Lemon & Jalapeno Sorbet:
Tart and fresh with jalapeno pieces giving a hot kick

⚫ Cherry Cola Ice Cream:
Bitter kola nut flavour made decadent and sweet with 's cherry jam

⭕ Midnight Dukkah Gelato:
Rich, crispy dukkah bits wrapped up in almond chocolate gelato

⚫ Pomegranate Molasses Ice Cream:
Deep, fruity, sweet yet savoury

⭕Saffron:
Refined, earthy, floral, sweet with a slight bitterness

⚫Charred Marshmallow:
Sweet meringue grounded with bitter, rich, smoky flavours

Some exciting flavours are in development for you all, and we CAN wait to share them.

At VDLC, our flavours go through a rigorous testing process. From idea to scoop, every stage is tested against strict criteria - if the concept doesn't meet the mark, it goes back to the drawing board.

We go through this process to ensure the product that reaches you is a decadent, creamy, smooth-scooping treat that feels (and tastes!) authentically Tasmanian through and through.
