💰 ALBO STRIKES AGAIN! 💰

Not sure how he is making “coffees” cheaper when we have already seen the cost of consumables go up overnight as business take another hit.

From yesterday, card surcharges vanished — which means we can no longer pass the card processing fee on to you.

The RBA says the change is designed to make card payments simpler for customers, while businesses will still have card acceptance costs to manage.

So here at the Tavern… CASH IS KING!

NRL GRAND FINAL SUNDAY AT THE TAVERN!

Get in early from 4:00PM for the footy tipping BBQ, winners being announced, giveaways and 100 boards!

Keep an eye out for Cooper, who’ll be selling 100 Boards ticket to help raise some much-needed funds for the upcoming motocross season!

Then from 5:30PM, the kitchen fires up with food specials before we settle in for the big game.

Good food, cold b**rs, giveaways, raffles and footy — sounds like a bloody good Sunday to us!

A huge thank you to all the locals and travellers who called into the Tavern today and those of you who enjoyed one of our smoked crocodiles as part of their celebrations!

We love seeing the croc hit the table and hearing everyone’s reactions — especially when it’s part of a special occasion.

The newlyweds managed to sneak into the Tavern for a drink between the ceremony and reception — because what’s a wedding day without a cheeky pub stop.

We loved having you both here and grabbing a few happy snaps along the way.

THANK YOU TO THE NEW OWNERS OF THE Einasleigh Hotel

We had an absolute ball, staying on the Einasleigh River over the last few days with the family, enjoying a few b**rs, lending a hand behind the bar, watching Wil and Mar’s from the The Savannahlander roll up with a load of guests and soak up everything this beautiful part of the country has to offer.

If you’re heading through Einasleigh, make sure you give Tayla and Brayden a follow and call in for a visit.

Support the country pubs and the people keeping these little places alive.

And remember, a visit to the Einasleigh Hotel isn’t complete without trying their Copperfield Cream Shot — it’s a new tradition! 😂
