Shout out to our team for being the best of the best!
What a Long Weekend!

Thank you to our staff for your huge efforts and thank you to the majority of our customers for your patience and kindness.

Just a reminder to those who come into our Bakery not just on Long Weekends and busy days, but any day. RUDENESS and IMPATIENCE will NOT be tolerated.

In a world where we are trying to encourage young kids to enter the workforce, it has been disgraceful to see the lack of respect they received this weekend.

They do not set the prices, surcharges are not their fault and they do not walk around at work with the same amount of confidence as senior staff.

By having a go at them, for anything really, says far more of the person you are rather than the kind of employee they are.

Simply put, if you can’t visit us with kindness, patience and basic manners please go elsewhere.

Management are always available if you have an issue you would like to discuss.

We support our staff 100% and will not tolerate you disrespecting them or us.

📣📣 PSA to our visitors this Long Weekend and School Holidays.

To avoid disappointments, we HIGHLY recommend preordering your bread and rolls - especially for this upcoming Long Weekend.

Our local FoodWorks supermarket is low on stock throughout the whole store and has been for some time now.

A reminder to be kind to all those working in customer service - they’re not responsible for what’s on the shelves. 🤍✨

CLOSED TUESDAY 15th & WEDNESDAY 16th of September to celebrate the life of Len’s Mum, Lorna Timmins. 🤍

06/09/2026

It is with great sadness that we let our community know of the passing of Len’s Mum, Lorna Timmins.

Lorna, alongside her Husband Barry were the founders and original faces behind The Eildon Bakery Cafe - formally, Timo’s Hot Bread & Cake Kitchen.

Barry & Lorna opened Timo’s in Eildon in 1989 and their memories live on in the products Len still makes to this day.

From the team at The Eildon Bakery, we extend our deepest condolences to the entire Timmins family.
