July recap… better late than never. 😂

Turns out when you’re flat out catering, remembering to post a monthly recap falls pretty low on the priority list. Oops.

We kept busy with lots of events! From funerals, school catering, lunch orders, nightly meals, supermarket salads and ready made meals, to Indie’s Cafe, milestone birthdays, football club sponsor days, and so many other catering jobs in between!

Somewhere in amongst all that, we managed to sneak in a weekend celebrating the end of another month and the birthdays for some pretty special people at Kings Katering.

We figured August might give us a chance to catch our breath before wedding season kicks into gear… It’s only a few days in and we’re already running around like headless chooks.

As always, thanks to everyone who keeps supporting us. We definitely don’t take it for granted… even if we do occasionally forget to post a monthly recap.

Not only do they supply us with fresh, quality meat, but they also give back to our community time and time again. From sponsoring local groups to supporting fundraisers and community events, they’re always willing to lend a hand.

We’re proud to use their products here at Kings Katering and even prouder to support a business that does so much for our town.

What a fantastic day at our annual Indie’s Café!

We had so much fun that we completely forgot to take photos until the very end! It was wonderful to see such a great turnout, both from everyone who dined in and those who grabbed takeaway orders.

The kids (and us grown ups!) are well and truly full to the brim and feeling pretty tired too! 🤪

What a brilliant way to spend the school holidays.

Indie’s Café is back!

It’s time to get your orders in again! Check out this week’s menu below and let us know what you’d like.

Send us a message on Facebook or comment below with your order and your preferred pickup time between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

Orders close at 5:00pm on Wednesday, 8th July.

Pickup is on Thursday, 9th July. Just drive into the Kings Katering driveway at your chosen time, and one of our friendly Indie’s Café workers will bring your order straight out to your car.

Mini quiche and sausage rolls(mini) can be bundled into a 5pack for $7.50.

June came and went in the blink of an eye, but we certainly packed a lot into it!

We kicked the month off at the annual Apsley Races, setting the pace for another busy few weeks. Throughout June, we catered a wide range of football club events, including balls, fundraisers and community gatherings, along with shire and school functions, milestone birthdays and funerals.

It was also a special month for our junior staff, who celebrated their Year 11 and 12 formals, and we were thrilled to return for another season catering at the Horsham Greyhounds.

In amongst all of that, we continued serving our nightly meals, stocking supermarket salads, preparing school lunch orders, and everything else that keeps the Kings Katering kitchen busy.

As another financial year comes to a close, we’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful customers, community groups, clubs, businesses and families who continue to support us. We truly couldn’t do what we love without you.

Here’s to another fantastic year ahead! 💚
