Some may recognise this familiar face; the yank team are veeery excited to welcome back Jacob Coad, our new venue manager! 🥳🥳🥳
Jacob was part of the OG team back in 2016 and we’re so lucky to have him back on board. He felt like there was unfinished business here when he departed in 2020, now he’s returning with six years of experience through his other adventures in Echuca and Bendigo.
“I’m big on team building, and empowering my team to nail the basics, which are; “keeping the beers cold, the food hot, & the vibes high.” Shout-out to Cal Taylor, former American Hotel legend for that quote! The business runs on consistency of basics, not sporadic perfection. So expect a consistent offer done well with guest experience in mind.”🫡
