Ashbrook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, Margaret River.
Margaret River at its most honest — blackcurrant, cedar and a tannin structure that knows exactly what it's doing.

Some bottles are too special to open for a single glass — so we don't. Our Coravin lets us pour rare and premium wines by the glass without pulling the cork, and we rotate the selection regularly. Wines you'd normally only see by the bottle, yours by the glass.

Celebrating 45 years of history just could be this way, a sharing plate of pasta, a moka coffee for the table.
Seeing people chatting, sharing food and memories, as Nino had done when he opened this doors 45 years ago!
