This week we say byeeeeee to our Vietnamese boss! 🥹Vinh, you’re a bloody legend and you’ll be so incredibly missed at Spencer.
Hospo is the greatest industry in the world when you get to work with amazing people like Vinh.
The best barista in the world & even better bloke, we’ll miss you Vinh and we bloody love ya! Safe travels my friend ❤️❤️❤️
P.s. if you want to see his epic motorbike road trip around Vietnam, give him a follow

✨ Meet Octavia ✨

If you’ve ever wondered who’s quietly crafting the perfect coffee while planning her next film scene… it’s probably Octavia. 🎬☕

Originally from regional NSW, she’s swapped the country life for this wonderful city! (and thank god she did!)

When she’s not hanging out with us, you’ll find her studying screenwriting, crocheting something impressive or checking out a new w**e bar. 🍷🧶🎶

Creative, calm, and always up for a chat, Octavia brings the best energy to our team.
If you see her behind the bar, be sure to say hey! 👋
Keep it up Tave! We love ya! 🫶🙏
