Hey Herb’s Pizza crew,

A little update from us ❤️‍🩹

Late last week, Julian, our founder and Herb’s Pizza franchise director - was flown to the Royal Hobart Hospital and has since been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare condition where the immune system attacks the nerves.

If you know Herb’s Pizza, you know Julian 🩵always up for a chat and a laugh.
Just a genuinely great, generous & caring human.

He’s still that same Julian, but recovery will take time, and right now we’re not sure when he’ll be back.

We’re just really grateful he’s still here with us, and we’ll be sticking solid with him all the way. 👊🏼

The truck is still rolling.
We’re here, we’re cooking, and we’ll keep showing up. 🍕

On the storefront 🏪, things may take a little longer than planned, as Julian’s been the driving force behind that build. We hope you all understand.. 🫶🏼

This week’s been a reminder of how quickly things can change 😔 So check in on your people and don’t take the little things for granted.
