A night out with the team at the Hospitality NT Gold Plate Awards ✨

We may not have taken home a Gold Plate this time, but Yoga, Kirtan and Summer are all winners in our eyes. 🫶🏼

With Yoga and Kirtan making the top four for NT Best Barista and Summer nominated for Service Excellence, we couldn’t be prouder of our team and the recognition they’ve received.

We went as a team, celebrated as a team, and had a lovely night together. ❤️

Today is Singapore’s National Day 🇸🇬

And I thought today would be a meaningful day to share this article with you - published two Sundays ago in The Straits Times, Singapore. So grateful for wonderful customers who specially brought this copy in for me!

As a Singaporean, it’s a very special feeling to see Kopi stop and Darwin’s Laksa — being featured in a newspaper back home.

We started Kopi Stop here in Darwin with a simple idea — to share a little taste of home and the flavours I grew up with.

To see that journey make its way back to Singapore… well, that’s something I’m incredibly proud of. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, shared a meal with us, told someone about us, and been part of our journey.

And to my fellow Singaporean friends, here in Darwin, Australia and back home, Majulah Singapura!
