A new chapter awaits
After many years of pouring our hearts, energy and so much of our lives into Ray’s Cafe and Darlings Pasta Club, we’ve made the difficult decision to put them on the market.
These businesses have grown alongside our family and given us so many wonderful memories. From friendships and celebrations to first dates, birthdays, countless coffees, plates of pasta and glasses of w**e shared around our tables.
As our family grows and life takes us into a new chapter, we’ve realised just how precious our time together is. We feel the time is right to create an opportunity for someone new to build on everything we’ve established and continue the stories of these two much-loved venues.
This isn’t goodbye just yet, but the beginning of an exciting new chapter for us and, hopefully, for Ray’s and Darlings too.

With experienced teams, loyal customer bases, strong local recognition and shared operational infrastructure, everything is in place for a new owner to step in and build on an established foundation.
There is plenty of potential to further develop both venues, expand functions and events, and explore new opportunities across day and evening trade.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built and will continue giving both businesses our all while we find the right person to take the reins.
