Try our laksa poached Yumbah blue shell mussels with chorizo, laksa-inspired oysters and the Laksensation cocktail: lemongrass, ginger and chilli infused tequila and vodka with pineapple, lime and palm sugar, finished with a chilli and kaffir lime salt rim 🌶
