Part-Time | Salvatoreā€™s Cafe Darwin

Weā€™re looking for an experienced Pastry Person to join our team at Salvatoreā€™s Cafe.

You donā€™t necessarily need to be a qualified or classically trained pastry chef ā€” what matters to us is that you have practical experience and confidence producing cakes, slices, tarts and pastries from scratch.

Weā€™re looking for someone who can work independently, follow our existing recipes accurately and consistently, and take pride in the quality and presentation of what they produce.

If youā€™ve also got some great recipes or ideas of your own, weā€™d love you to bring them with you. Weā€™re always open to adding something new to our cabinet.

šŸŒ™ Night work is essential. The majority of the pastry preparation will be completed at night when the cafe is closed, giving you the space to work independently.

Over the past week weā€™ve introduced our new menu at Salvatoreā€™s ā€” and as always, weā€™ve been listening to what youā€™ve had to say.

There are plenty of new dishes to discover, along with some Salvatoreā€™s favourites and a few changes weā€™ve already made after hearing from our regular customers.

Our goal is pretty simple: great food, generous portions, good value and dishes we're proud to put on the table.

This is one for those who love rich, traditional Italian-inspired flavours. ā¤ļø

Tender lamb rolls are stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella, then served over creamy lemon & mustard mash and finished with a rich pan sauce and crispy sage.
