🥖 Did you know?
Eftazima (Eptazymo) is one of Greece's oldest traditional breads. Its name comes from the Greek word for "seven" (επτά), referring to the traditional seven-day natural fermentation process that gives it its distinctive flavour, aroma, and texture.
A true taste of Greek tradition, baked with care and enjoyed for generations.

We can't wait for you to try it!!
