Moorish has always been known for seriously good desserts, and this one continues the tradition.

Spiced brown sugar meringue with balsamic macerated berries & crème fraîche.

Definitely worth sharing. Although you may not want to.

22 years of Yani. ❤️

For more than two decades, Yani has been part of the heart and soul of Moorish — a familiar face behind the scenes and a much-loved member of the Moorish family.

After an incredible 22 years with us, Yani has decided it’s time to retire and enjoy a very well-earned break.

A couple of weeks ago, we gathered the Moorish family together to celebrate him properly — sharing plenty of stories, laughs and memories from all those years.

Twenty-two years is a remarkable contribution to one workplace, and it’s hard to imagine Moorish without him.

Thank you, Yani, for everything you’ve given to Moorish over the years. You will be greatly missed, but you’ll always be part of the family. ❤️

Here’s to retirement and whatever comes next. 🥂

September is NT Seafood Month 🐟🌿

Throughout the month, we’ll be showcasing a few of the seafood dishes we’re proud to serve here at Moorish — starting with our wild-caught NT barramundi.

Roasted wild-caught NT barramundi with Goolwa pipis, saffron lemon butter, snow peas, salmon roe and lemon myrtle tapioca crisp.

Beautiful local produce, treated simply and allowed to shine.
