A lot of you have been wondering… why “Pivot to Plate”?

It all starts at our King River station, just outside of Katherine.

Our locally bred, grass fed cattle graze across a diverse selection of grasses, with 7 paddocks and 7 pivots allowing for rotational grazing, all part of producing quality Territory beef and, ultimately, a great steak.

For over 40 years, our family has been dedicated to producing quality beef, combining generations of experience with a passion for exceptional flavour.

That journey from the paddock, to the pivot, and finally to your plate is exactly what Pivot to Plate represents.

You’ll even find it within our logo, the curved Pivot to Plate reflects the shape of the pivots on the station, connecting BlueHole back to where it all begins.
