Happy birthday to our bossing barista, Josh! 🎂☕

A man who makes great coffee, keeps the bar moving, and has never let a scheduled start time dictate when he actually arrives. 🫶

Today, on his birthday, Josh is currently in an Uber rushing to the airport for a flight he is late for.

Except his flight is very delayed too. Karma. 😂

Happy birthday, Josh! We love you, we appreciate you, and we hope this next trip around the sun brings you happiness, good coffee, and perhaps a slightly healthier relationship with time.

Last night, the rain came a little too hard and a little too fast. This morning, we cleaned up, opened the doors, and somehow had another beautiful busy day. 🥹

Small business will always find new ways to test you. But then people show up.

Spring in Sydney is strawberry season, but strawberries will always remind us of Baguio. So we took a little bit of nostalgia and baked it into something: our Strawberry Cream Scroll. Soft, sweet, creamy, a little tangy, and very much inspired by a place that inspired us. 🫶
