The incredibly special pork we source from a fifth generation family farm just minutes from the restaurant is some of the very best in Australia.

This week the Shultz Family Farms suckling pig it is carefully b***d and rolled into a porchetta with cauliflower cream, sliced roasted potatoes, cavallo nero and finished with a rich bone & red wine reduction.

🍽️ We have still have a few spots left this weekend for lunch Saturday & Sunday, dinner Friday & Saturday and breakfast & lunch on Sunday.
