Angari Machchi

Our swordfish is marinated in Bhopali masala of crushed coriander cumin fennel seeds black pepper and mustard oil, skewered and cooked over open embers before landing on a spinach, mint, and sesame chutney.
A touch of richness, a sprinkle of toasted seeds, and it's ready to serve.
