We're building focaccia again, this time it's the chilli scramble. This started back at Bruno&Co, Vito's first coffee shop, on the breakfast menu, and has always remained a fan fave.

We knew we had to keep it, so we tweaked, taste tested (more than we needed to 😉) and the chilli scramble focaccia was born, perfect for early birds. Available from 7:30 Monday - Friday!

Ciao friends! We can’t believe it’s been just over 1 month of sharing our love of Italian coffee and focaccia with you all. You’ve shown us nothing but love, and we feel so lucky to play a part in this little pocket of Melbourne Sitchu Melbourne

Focaccia files - Ep. 1.

We're starting off strong with our mortadella focaccia. Mortadella, house-made pistachio and basil pesto, stracciatella and roasted pistachios.

We promise it's a lot better than Molly's pronunciation 🤣🤌
