With a heavy heart I have decided it is time to finish Mel's Kitchen....for now anyway. I really want to thank everyone who has been a part of the last 4 1/2 amazing years. I especially want to thank Spring Vale for your constant friendship and support. None of this would have been possible without you all. To the awesome staff I have had the pleasure of getting to know and being a part of the team, Meaghan, my absolutely righthand woman .... definitely couldn't have done it without you thank you !! Meg's the awesome front of house champion, warm heart and kind soul. Deb, the world's most enthusiastic kitchen hand, full of life, singing and laughter. To the beautiful junior staff, Ruby, Ava, Eva and Naoimh, thank you all for your hard work and the countless dishes and running meals. Thank you to Sebastian and Charlotte for your school holiday work. I couldn't possibly forget the international workers. They have come and gone but still an amazing part of the Mel's Kitchen team! None of this could have been possible without you all ❤️
But I must also thank and appreciate the wonderful customers who have supported me constantly through our the time. I really appreciate your constant support, kindness and friendship. I will miss you all very much. THANK YOU ❤️❤️

We have very Exciting News!
We have 2 new UK born Chefs! Jack and Josh joining the team and also the lovely Line (linar) From Germany as Front of House ! We are so thrilled they will be with us from the 1st of September. We really look forward to a new
Spring menu with new ideas and skills 🙂
If you haven't booked for Father's Day now is the time to do it ! Please help me and the team make them very welcome. They are all backpacker's so won't be here forever unfortunately. But it will be great for the East Coast for the next few months ❤️
