A walk through the garden as the seasons change. 🌱

Checking on the gooseberry tree, picking fresh lemongrass, bok choy, lettuce, and bananas, and enjoying the beauty of traditional Thai flowers like butterfly pea and champak. The fragrance of the champak flowers always brings back fond childhood memories.🩵

So much of the inspiration behind our Thai cooking begins right here in the garden. 🌿
