Hi all, just an update on Tornados Smokehouse in Concord on 114 Majors Bay Road.
Unfortunately, we have been shut down by the council due to ventilation system failure through the building. Smoke was leaking into the residential units and yet strata did absolutely nothing about it.
We are losing dearly; families have lost their income as a result of the negligence displayed by strata. We will be taking lawsuits against strata and the builders.
Our legal team will deal with this effectively and appropriately.
A Current Affair, Department of Fair Trading and Department of Commercial Leasing have been informed.
This situation is extremely tough and shouldn’t happen to any small businesses.
Thank you all for reading this unfair situation we been put through by Strata who’s acting for some corporate and the builder. Will mention who they are at later stage .if need be
We will fight to the end for our rights small businesses are back bones of this country and should be supported but at the moment we been hindered by whoever in charge of that building. Council found so many problems in that building that effects our timeline for reopening.
