Always save room for dessert. Dulce de leche cheesecake layered with rich caramel sweetness and raspberry & rose water sorbet bringing a bright, floral finish or go for the coconut, mango and almond chajá, light, tropical and impossible to stop at one bite.

Pincho's tasting menu. It features Kingfish dressed in red aguachile with clamato, beetroot and berries, pork belly chifero bringing the crunch, snapper ceviche soaked in bright lulo tiger’s milk and so much more.
