Another incredibly busy catering week is underway!

We’re starting this week with plenty of SYNERGY bookings- this is booking #2. I was too busy and forgot booking #1 photos 🫪

Last week SOUTH32 featured heavily on our catering board, while the end of our weeks are often filled with birthdays, celebrations and private functions.

We absolutely love the variety.

From large corporate bookings to small private gatherings, the care and dedication we put into every single job is exactly the same.

We love taking on feedback from our wonderful customers and this time, we completely agree!

Donuts are just better hot from the fryer, freshly rolled in cinnamon sugar and handed straight to you. 🤤

They’re still delicious pre-cooked, but nothing beats that warm, fresh-out-of-the-fryer goodness!

So from now on, you order ’em, we cook ’em FRESH! 👌🍩

Today the café DOUBLED our order dockets for food & coffee compared to an average Saturday! 🤯

We absolutely LOVE seeing the café busy, tables full, coffees flying out and our team run off their feet! 😂

And amongst all of today’s café madness, we somehow managed to squeeze in TWO catering jobs, feeding around 100 people! 👑

Because when you’re paying for catering, you don’t want to see gaps in the boxes… you want them FULL! 🙌

In a catering meeting today, a customer booking for 70 people, you know, just a little gathering 😂 summed it up perfectly:

“If it’s just store-bought and reheated, I may as well make it myself!”

And really… we couldn’t agree more! 🙌 That’s why we put the effort into making our catering fresh, homemade and worth paying someone else to do! 👑

There’s nothing the staff and I enjoy more than catching up with our regular coffee crews each week.

Crowe’s Crew, Nana’s Friends and The Outside Table Gang just to name a few! 😂☕️

Then there are our regular pairs who pop in for a coffee and catch-up, our beautiful mums who settle into our cosy corner while the kids play and draw in the kids’ corner, and so many other familiar faces we get to see week after week. 🥰

You might come in for the coffee, but we genuinely love the chats, the laughs and hearing all your stories.

It’s these little regular catch-ups that make the Boulevard feel like more than just a café, it feels like a little community. ❤️
