🚨 Community Update 🚨

Hi everyone,
We wanted to let you know that our ovens stopped working last night, so unfortunately we’ll be closed today.

We’ve been organising a technician who will be onsite tomorrow morning to get things sorted as quickly as possible.

All orders placed today will be refunded as a priority. Our online ordering system was switched off last night, but due to a technical issue, some orders were still processed — we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Hi Collie community! Just wanted to update you.

We had a system issue today at around 5:30 PM, which caused our system to go down for a while.
Some orders were placed during this time, but they did not reach our system. If payment was taken, it should be refunded within 24 hours. If you don’t receive the refund, please call the store and we’ll be happy to help.

After the system came back online, some orders were also delayed. All our screens had to restart and took time to load, which caused delays for orders placed shortly after.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and delays. We hope your pizzas still arrived hot and fresh 🍕
