At the Hedonist we have pride ourselves with a new identity. With chef Joaco Bordato at the helm of leading the Kitchen and introducing our lovely Collaroy & Northern Beaches locals flavours from Argentina.

A must try dishes that have been added on to our menu as depicted above. Thanks to Laura who has captured some awesome shots on each dish

We have listened to all the great feedback and now we are excited to announce our new take on Sunday Roast At The Hedonist, staying true to Argentinian Soul we bring you a Roast to share for two.

Entree: Beef Empanada
Mains Roast: Asado Beef Ribs, Chorizo, Rump Cap with a side of Garlic Bread, Rocket & Parmesan Salad, Potato Salad, Brocollini & Garlic Bread

We can't wait to celebrate Mother's Day 🍾

With all the mom's this Sunday, will be an epic day, full of love and laughter.

We wanted to let you know that we have recieved so much love and support, that we wanted to tell you that we are fully booked for our early seatings.

However we will be taking bookings from 2:30pm onwards. So there is still time - if you haven't planned anything yet, and still want to treat mom to a lovely late lunch or early dinner. We have you covered at the Hedonist.

Bubbles on arrival for all mom's, and drinks specials throughout the day as well.

Again we thank you guys for all the support - we look forward to seeing you all this Sunday.
