When you spend that much time at Bella Hope, eventually the staff start turning into you! 🤣☕️

Today the girls decided to honour our number 1 customer, Brad, by dressing up as the man himself! 😂

We’re not sure whether Brad should feel flattered or slightly concerned! 🤣

But THIS is what we love about Bella Hope! 💙 The friendships, the cheeky banter and the relationships our girls build with our customers.

We genuinely value every single person who walks through our doors. You’re not just another coffee order, you’re part of the Bella Hope family!

Great coffee, questionable fashion choices and a whole lot of laughs! 💙☕️

🏉 GRAND FINAL DAY! 🏆

The big question is… who are you barracking for today?!

Ray and Ryder are VERY confident right now… but will those smiles still be there by the final siren? 😂😬

Drop your team below 👇 and let us know who you’re tipping to take home the flag! 🏆

And if things don’t go Ray & Ryder’s way… maybe give them a little extra kindness when you see them next. 😂☕️

Happy Grand Final Day! 🏉🙌

💵 A little note about cash, cards & keeping our prices down…

With the upcoming changes around card surcharges, we wanted to be upfront with our Bella Hope community.

We really, REALLY don’t want to simply increase our menu prices to cover the cost of card transaction fees. Like every small business, we’re already juggling rising costs across the board, ingredients, wages, utilities, supplies… the list goes on!

And while a card fee might only look like a few cents on one coffee, across hundreds of transactions each week, those fees add up to a very real cost for a small business.

So, one of the easiest ways you can help us keep our prices as they are is to pay with cash whenever you can. 💵☕️

Of course, we completely understand that cash isn’t always convenient and cards aren’t going anywhere! This isn’t about making anyone feel guilty for tapping their card, it’s simply about being transparent about the costs behind running a small local business.

We’d much rather keep your coffee affordable than quietly add extra to every item to cover those fees.

So if you’ve got cash in your wallet, we’d absolutely love you to use it. ❤️

Every little bit helps us keep doing what we love; making great coffee, employing local people and keeping Bella Hope buzzing.

Thanks, as always, for supporting our little local business. 🤎☕️

Cash is always welcome at Bella Hope. 💵
