To our bloody brilliant team… you absolute legends. You show up, smash it, bring the banter, survive the chaos and somehow still make it fun. This place does not run without you. We are so proud of you all.
A special shout-out to our kitchen crew… absolute weapons… who work their arses off serving incredible food, keeping things moving, and still bringing nothing but positive vibes and fun. From prep to service to dishes, quietly keeping the chaos contained, you legends are the backbone of it all.
To our customers …locals, regulars, visitors and accidental walk-ins who stayed forever… thank you for backing local, lining up, sticking around, and supporting small business. Thanks for the banter, the laughs, and for loving the Gnome even when he’s a little… grumpy. You keep this little gnome alive, the doors open, the lights on, and our staff employed. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.
And to our Saturday musicians…. thank you for bringing the tunes, the vibes, and turning our mornings into something special.
