The Drowned Rat is a desire to drink espresso in a funky set up and relaxing environment: cue water views-and get your emotional eating on with a choice of maybe fudge or cookies or a piece of cake or a tart or a creamy full fat milkshake....we want to make you feel good!! So come see us and take a load off for a bit and ponder the meaning of life while sipping on coffee and chewing down cake!!
