We are currently seeking a dedicated Café Manager and experienced Barista All-Rounders to join our team in Christies Beach.
We pride ourselves on quality service, exceptional coffee, and great meals. Our focus is on our local community and providing a friendly atmosphere for everyone; we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us deliver that every day.
The Café Manager Role: This is a pivotal leadership position working at the heart of our business. You will:
-Report directly to the Owner to align on business goals and growth.
-Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless communication between the front-of-house and the kitchen.
-Lead, mentor, and inspire our floor team to maintain our high standards.
The Barista All-Rounder Roles: We are looking for versatile team members who are:
-Confident behind a commercial machine (consistent milk & shots).
-Happy to jump between the machine, the floor, and the till.
-Passionate about making every local feel like a regular.
