🚨 A massive THANK YOU from all of us at the Sovereign Tavern ❤️

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the emergency services who worked tirelessly during the church fire next door.

To the firies, police, Ergon Energy, Charters Towers Regional Council workers, Bob Scott Electrical, and everyone else involved — your incredible efforts, professionalism and hard work were truly amazing.

To come through such a serious incident virtually unscathed is unbelievable, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped protect our venue and our community.

From the entire team at the Sovereign Tavern — thank you for everything you do. 🙏❤️

Our community is stronger because of people like you.

IMPORTANT UPDATE – SOVEREIGN TAVERN 🧡

To our valued customers,

As many of you are aware, we had a bit of strife last night. The good news is everyone is safe, and we’ll be re-opening from 4pm today, operating at a reduced capacity.

Due to the restricted space, there will be limited seating available in the Bistro, Sports Bar and Gaming Room. Only the Sports Bar toilets will be available, and for the time being we’ll be catering for walk-ins only.

Our Drive Thru is fully operational 🍻 and our Great Northern Super Crisp 30pk cans are just $57 until Saturday!

Unfortunately, Jag the Joker will be postponed until we’re back to full capacity.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and really appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding and support while we get things back to normal.

We’ll be back — and most importantly, everyone is safe. ❤️

Love from the Sovereign 🧡
