We are back with another collab! This time, I am bringing back the seafood and all-meat paella. Paco will also be offering his regular menu, along with esquites, corn on the cob, and wings.

The closing event for the “Collidoscope: de la Torre Brothers Retro-Perspective” at The Mint Museum remains one of my favorite events we have done at Edwin Organix. It was truly inspiring to share my creativity and draw inspiration from their incredible art. Lookig forward for this year.

The Charlotte W**e + Food Festival **eandfood is almost here from April 15–19, and we are thrilled to participate for our seventh year.

We are hosting a dinner with Anomaly and Compris on April 16, as well as our signature Rosé Brunch on the 19th at forest kitchen design These events offer a wonderful opportunity to support local charities while enjoying exceptional w**es paired with our handcrafted courses.
