The Charlotte Wine + Food Festival is almost here from April 15–19, and we are thrilled to participate for our seventh year.

We are hosting a dinner with Anomaly and Compris on April 16, as well as our signature Rosé Brunch on the 19th at forest kitchen design These events offer a wonderful opportunity to support local charities while enjoying exceptional wines paired with our handcrafted courses.

The premiere of Top Chef in the Carolinas was fantastic
This season was filmed in and around Charlotte and Greenville, SC, and it is wonderful to see our local culinary scene featured on a national stage. I am incredibly proud to see so many local chefs representing Charlotte and showing what our city has to offer. It is great to see my city shining and to celebrate the talent within our community.

My culinary style draws from my Mexican heritage, blending contemporary techniques with thoughtful reinterpretations of traditional dishes and elevated cuisine. I believe that true abundance is never about excess, but rather generosity with intention.
