First batch is ready 🧧✨
Our homemade “Khanom Tian & Khanom Keng” a longstanding family recipe from our beloved Ah-Goh.

These traditional sweets are made only once a year to celebrate Lunar New Year.

They are more than just desserts they symbolise luck, prosperity, and blessings for the year ahead.

Khanom Keng (sticky rice cake) represents growth, progress, and rising higher in the new year.

For our Khanom Tian, we’ve adapted the traditional shape and carefully designed it to resemble ancient Chinese gold coins symbols of wealth, abundance, and good fortune.

Every piece is handmade the traditional way
wrapped in banana leaves, gently steamed, and carefully packed with love.

The soft texture, the light sweetness, and the signature red dot on top carry decades of family tradition.

This is not factory made This is heritage, memory, and a blessing shared with you.

First lot is now ready for pickup at Pinto Thai Charlestown.

We originally made this just as a seasoning for our customers something simple to enjoy with their food.

But so many of you kept asking, “When will you sell this?”
So here it is
Our homemade chilli oil is keto-friendly, gluten-free, and vegan, made in small batches.
It’s great with eggs, noodles, rice… honestly, it goes well with almost anything.

We have a small story to share today 🎄

Today a group of kids came up to our shop with the biggest smiles.
One of them told us he won this box of Corn Flakes from a school lucky draw and asked if he could trade it for some drinks.
What really impressed us was this he didn’t ask for anything for free. He knew how to make a deal.

That takes courage, confidence, and a clever little business mind.
We listened to his story so innocent yet so brave and it genuinely touched us.

So we told him he could choose any food he liked.
In the end, he picked something simple yet one of our most popular dishes “Thai fried rice with chicken”.

Their faces lit up instantly. Smiles everywhere. Pure joy.
Moments like this remind us that kindness still works everywhere.

A simple exchange, a fair deal, and a smile can turn an ordinary day into something special for them and for us too.
Honestly….

Thank you for reminding us what really matters.
