Meet our signature Gascoyne Food Festival dish: freshly cooked Shark Bay prawns, dressed in a creamy, sweet and smoky tartare sauce, piled into a soft house-baked baguette roll with crisp lettuce and house-pickled red onion. It's sweet, it's smoky, it's ridiculously fresh, and it's only around for the festival.
