A BIG thank you to the Gascoyne Food Festival for organising such wonderful workshops at Kestrel Cafe! ❤️

We were thrilled to host the Sausage Making Workshop and the Fish Filleting & Smoking Workshop. What a fantastic opportunity for our community to learn new skills and have a bit of fun along the way!

A special thank you to Glen from GM Butcher and Clarky ( and his wife- Tricia) from Telomac Tackle and Camping for sharing your incredible knowledge and expertise. You are both local business men with so much experience in your fields, and it was wonderful to see you generously sharing your skills and teaching the participants.

I’m sure everyone had a great time, learned plenty and perhaps discovered a few new talents along the way! 👏😊

We are excited to be part of Taste of the Gascoyne, where you can enjoy delicious food inspired by cultures from around the world, all without leaving Carnarvon! 🌎🍴

And it is not just about the food. There will be wonderful entertainment from our amazing local dance groups, bands and more. 💃🎶
