After so many beautiful memories, big challenges, hard days, lots of laughs, and an incredible amount of love, I have some very special news to share…
Adrift Cafe will be changing owners.
When we started Adrift, it was simply two girls with a dream. Somehow, that little dream grew into something truly special — a place filled with beautiful people, good food, coffee, conversations, memories and so much love.
There have definitely been hard times and plenty of challenges along the way, but the outpouring of support from our little Cardwell community has meant more to me than I could ever put into words. I am so incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, supported us, shared a coffee, brought their family in, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines.
I have met so many beautiful people through Adrift, and those friendships and memories will stay with me forever. ❤️
A very special thank you to my friends and family, who have supported me every step of the way.
To my wonderful husband, thank you for always believing in me and supporting all of my crazy ideas.
To my beautiful girls, thank you for sharing your mum with the cafe and for being my biggest reason to keep going, even on the hard days.
This last year has been particularly tough, juggling the cafe on my own while raising three young girls, and it certainly hasn't been easy. But looking back, I am so incredibly proud of what I have built during this time.
And while one chapter is coming to an end, I am SO excited to announce that Adrift will continue!Adrift will continue to grow and support our beautiful little community, with fresh ideas, a new name and lots of love.
✨ Sunday 20th September will be my last day of trade. ✨
So please come down, say goodbye, grab one last coffee and help me celebrate everything Adrift has been. ☕️❤️
And as for what's next…
Watch this space for the next phase of Adrift!
From the bottom of my heart…
THANK YOU, CARDWELL. ❤️
Thank you for believing in us, supporting us and making Adrift what it became.
Lots of love,
Katelyn xx
