🏡 MEET THE NEW OWNER | CARDWELL REAL ESTATE & BROKERAGE

Cardwell has always been more than a place to me — it’s home. Now, I’m proud to be taking the next step in my journey by becoming the new owner and face behind Cardwell Real Estate & Brokerage.

Hello to our vendors, buyers, landlords, tenants, enquirers, followers and members of our wonderful local and extended community!

My name is Bonnie-Jaye Molloy, and I was born and raised in Cardwell. Growing up in a family-owned business and continuing to work within our family business, Seaview Café – The Big Crab Cardwell, has given me a genuine appreciation for small business, hard work and, most importantly, the people who make our community so special.

Outside of work, I’m very much a North Queensland girl. You’ll usually find me boating, camping or fishing, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and lifestyle our region has to offer.

Alongside running the agency, I am completing a full-time dual degree in Business and Property Economics at Queensland University of Technology, majoring in Finance. Combining my studies with hands-on experience in property, business ownership and our local market is something I’m incredibly passionate about.

Taking ownership of Cardwell Real Estate & Brokerage is an exciting new chapter, and my goal is to provide a professional, approachable and genuinely local real estate service. I want our clients to know exactly who they are dealing with and feel confident that they can always pick up the phone, send a message or walk through the door and speak directly with me.

Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, renting, looking for property management or simply curious about the local market, I’d love to hear from you.

If we haven’t met yet, please come and say hello. If we already know each other, I look forward to continuing to work alongside you and support our community in this new role. For all your property needs, reach out to Cardwell Real Estate & Brokerage — I’d be delighted to have a chat and help you take the next step.
