A new Greek deli and cafe is opening at Fyshwick market called the Aegean Pantry. We reveal what you can expect.

Tucked inside Fyshwick Markets, Aegean Pantry is Canberra's home for Mediterranean eats.

We're part café, part grocer. A place where you can sit down for a fresh Greek salad or a warming bowl of pastitsio, grab a proper coffee, and then browse our shelves stocked with quality imported Mediterranean ingredients to take home.

Everything we do is rooted in the flavours of the Aegean. Whether you're after a quick lunch, a family feast, or the perfect bottle of Greek olive oil, you'll find it here.

Before we opened our doors to Canberra, we shared a soft launch night with family and friends.

To sit in the space we've poured everything into, eat the food we've been perfecting, and tell us honestly what they think.
