🇩🇰 La Cabra has arrived at Blackbird Espresso Family.

Founded in Aarhus, Denmark in 2012, La Cabra has become one of the world’s most respected specialty coffee roasters. Their philosophy is simple: source exceptional coffees and roast them to highlight each coffee’s true character, without hiding it behind dark roasting.

Today, La Cabra coffees are enjoyed by coffee lovers around the world—but they’re still incredibly hard to find, and not every café has access to them.

We’re proud to bring this world-class coffee experience to Brisbane.

Come discover why La Cabra has earned such a loyal following—one cup at a time. ☕❤️

Behind every cup is a family. ❤️

Since 1 July 2026, many business costs have increased across Australia—wages, superannuation, insurance, rent, water charges, outgoings, fuel and more. We’ve also seen the cost of sourcing the exceptional coffees we proudly serve continue to rise.

Like many cafés, we’ve seriously considered increasing our coffee prices.

But we also know many of our customers are feeling the pressure too.

For now, we’ll keep our coffee prices at $5.30 (6oz) and $6.30 (12oz).

This is our way of saying thank you for supporting our family business for the past 10 years.

We simply wouldn’t be here without you.

Every coffee you buy helps us continue doing what we love and serving our community with the best coffee we possibly can.

From our family to yours, thank you for believing in Blackbird. We truly appreciate every single one of you. ❤️
